Yurt!

Is there a better word than “yurt”? My BBS was “The Frog’s Yurt”, just for the sheer symphonic loveliness of the word, and they’re useful! See the Hexayurt, built for about $200. Should I ever get the lovely & talented to Burning Man, I think I shall build one of these for us to recline comfortably within, cooled by my wind-powered swamp cooler (more on that later). I shall not, however, build it such that it will burst into flames.

Okay, a) when did you start aping wolfson and b) I’ve actually slept in a yurt. Remarkably cozy and comfortable. (The fact that it was the first time I’d slept on land and on a flat surface for the first time in weeks, I’m sure, had nothing to do with it.)

I’m considering building my hexayurt out of balsa bound with benzene glue I’ve concocted. Thoughts?
